Council Special Meeting - June 5, 2023 - Zoning Ordinance Amendment & Map

The Peters Township Council will conduct a special meeting on Monday, June 5, 2023.  The special meeting will take place immediately after the conclusion of the Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, June 5, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.  The special meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at the Peters Township Municipal Building, located at 610 E. McMurray Road, McMurray, PA  15317.

At the special meeting, Peters Township Council will deliberate on and take action on an updated zoning ordinance and map. The following ordinance will be considered:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PETERS, WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 440, PART 4, ARTICLE I, ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS, OF THE CODE OF PETERS TOWNSHIP TO ADOPT A NEW ZONING MAP.

Copies of the proposed ordinance and map are available in the Planning Department during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) at the Peters Township Municipal Building, 610 E. McMurray Road, McMurray, PA, 15317.
